“Dr. Jen changed my bum life. I have been signed up with her for around 2 years now, and in 2 years I have gone from being uncomfortable in the gym, to a full blown 4 day a week lifter. I have tried other programs in the past, and I just havnt been able to make anything stick. Jen took the time to get to know me, to understand my goals, and develop a plan to get there. Through easy to understand exercises, and a simple diet plan, Jen has brought me down from 230lbs to 175lbs, all while making me the strongest I have ever been. Jen is a world champion for a reason. Take it from me, change your bum life, sign up with her today.”

“As a postpartum breastfeeding mother chasing a 6-month-old, and having gained over 55 pounds while pregnant, working with Dr. Jen has been one of the best decisions for health, sanity, and getting back into peak condition I could have made. Eating and exercise have become a place of peace and freedom rather than stress with Dr. Jen's expertise and skill. I've actually increased my breastmilk supply all the while watching my waist melt. Thanks, Dr. Case!”

“Dr. Jen’s nutrition coaching has helped me do something a lot of people struggle with: get stronger while losing weight. Through proper fueling and a sustainable approach to diet, we increased my strength and performance without sacrificing recovery or energy. Objectively, the results are huge - I went from 25% body fat to 16% body fat, confirmed via DEXA scan. Subjectively, I feel better on the mats, my performance has improved because my body is actually fueled, and I look pretty good getting off the bus. This wasn’t about extreme restrictions or shortcuts - it was about intelligent nutrition, consistency, and understanding what my body needs to perform at a high level. I couldn’t recommend her enough for anyone who wants real, measurable results.”

“Jen has been my personal trainer with strength training and nutrition as well as my female jiu jitsu coach for several years. I’ve won Gold in 2 Master’s World competitions and this year won Silver as a brand new Brown Belt. I’ve showed up on weight and feel strong every competition. I strongly recommend her guidance if you’re looking to up your game or become more fit. Money well spent!!!”
